There are many things that contribute to a business’s success, like a good, easy to use website, good use of social media, pricing, and customer reviews. Then there are factors that will turn your customers away from you – like bad communication. The quality and response time of a phone call or e-mail is extremely vital. Be sure you are set up for all ways of contact (i.e. phone, e-mail, Facebook, contact form, etc). If you or an employee cannot promptly answer a question – or answer the phone, for that matter – that potential customer is now your competitor’s customer. People need answers fast and if you can’t provide them, rest assured that another business can, and will. We can seat up to 30 right now, and have tables available for up to 20. If a group brings additional chairs, we can seat up to 50 comfortably.
